Privacy policy

Bunnyroar is an independent, family-run Fortnite creator team based in Finland. This policy explains how we handle information on bunnyroar.gg and in our private Bunnyroar Factory operations dashboard.

Information we handle

The public website does not provide public user accounts and does not use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. Our infrastructure providers may process ordinary request data, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site.

The Bunnyroar Factory is restricted to authorized operators through Cloudflare Access. When an operator connects an Epic Games account, Factory may store the Epic account ID, display name, granted scopes, token expiry information, and encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens. We do not receive the operator's Epic Games password or payment information.

Factory also stores aggregate Fortnite island and discovery metrics. These measurements are about island performance and are not intended to identify individual players.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• operate, secure, and troubleshoot bunnyroar.gg and Bunnyroar Factory;
• authenticate authorized Bunnyroar operators;
• request creator analytics and island-discovery information from Epic services; and
• understand and improve Bunnyroar Fortnite islands.

Our legal bases are our legitimate interests in operating and securing Bunnyroar's services and, where requested, the operator's authorization of the Epic Games account connection.

Service providers and disclosure

We use Cloudflare for hosting, access control, security, and data storage, and Epic Games for account authorization and Fortnite services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Information may be processed outside Finland or the European Economic Area using safeguards provided by the relevant service provider.

We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose it to advertisers. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our services and users.

Retention and security

Epic tokens and linked-account identifiers are removed from Factory when the Epic connection is disconnected. OAuth client configuration is retained until it is replaced or removed. Aggregate island analytics are retained for long-term performance analysis. Infrastructure security logs are retained according to the applicable provider settings.

Factory encrypts Epic credentials before storing them and restricts dashboard access through Cloudflare Access. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we limit the data and access available to the system.

Your choices and rights

Authorized operators can disconnect Epic from the Factory dashboard and may also revoke an application connection through their Epic Games account settings. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information.

Children

Epic sign-in within Bunnyroar Factory is an internal operator function and is not offered to players or children. The public website does not knowingly collect personal information from children through forms or public accounts.
